The room was on the ground floor and the noise from people checking in was very loud. Also I could hear every noise outside the window, I could hear someone on a phone call and I could hear the person talking on the other line. The shower leaked all over the floor and the shower curtain stuck to me while using. I couldn’t sit on the toilet properly as there was a tap sticking in my leg

We paid extra for a bigger room with a balcony and the air con didn’t work, tried to get it resolved which didn’t happen and the staff just basically wasn’t bothered, it was on average 28 degrees on a night in the bedroom so we didn’t sleep properly for 3 nights, terrible
