"Wir hatten ein "Superior-Room with view" gebucht. Aufgrund der auf der Webseite und bei Expedia eingestellten Fotos, haben wir uns auf ein schönes, renoviertes, helles Zimmer gefreut.
Stattdessen wurden wir im heruntergekommenen Nachbargebäude einquartiert. Das Treppenhaus ist stark beansprucht, riecht muffig und ist seht verwinkelt. Mit Koffern und ohne Lift nicht gerade einfach. Das Zimmer im dritten Stock war mit alten, sehr dunklen Möbeln (mit Gebrauchsspuren) und einem roten Teppich ausgestattet. Alles etwas schäbig und heruntergekommen. Der Geruch im Zimmer war auch nicht angenehm. Das Bad sehr klein mit einer Dusche und Duschvorhang. Es gab ein separates Zimmer mit schönem Blick, aber altertümlich und unbequem möbliert. Kühlschrank leer und Gläser nicht ganz sauber. Morgens haben wir der Dame an der der Rezeption unser Feedback gegeben. Sie wollte dies an die Managerin weitergeben. Und : es wären ja auch nicht von allen Zimmern Fotos im Web. Na ja. Werbung mit einem (?) schönen Zimmer im Haupthaus und dann Einquartieren in den hässlichen Zimmern im Nebenhaus? Dafür viel zu teuer!"
