"War in der Vorsaison dort. Noch nicht alles perfekt. Tolles Hotel, tolle Lage. Sehr schöne und praktisch ausgestatte Zimmer in der residenz. Grosszügiges Frühstücks-Buffet und tolles Spa. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich aber zum Teil noch etwas unbeholfen. Viele wussten noch nicht was Andermatt alles bietet und es wird sehr schnell auf die Touristen-Info verwiesen. "
