"Positiv:
- Große Speisenauswahl, reichhaltig, frisch (teilweise direkt vor Ort zubereitet)
- Ehemaliges Steigenberger Hotel - tolle Lobby
- Animationsprogramm für den wer möchte.
Nicht zu aufdringlich, freundliche Animateure, abwechslungsreiches Programm
- wechselndes Abendprogramm. Es war immer etwas geboten (Klaviermusik, tunesischer Abend, Tanz, Karaoke)
- Schöne Außenanlage. Ausreichend Schattenplätze
- freundliches Personal.
Taxi zum Flughafen wurde für uns organisiert.
Negativ:
- Zustand der Zimmer mangelhaft. Renovierungsbedürftig. v.a. Badezimmer
- Ein 5* Hotel würde generell einen besseren Zustand erwarten lassen. Poolliegen teilweise kaputt, Sonnenschirme kaputt, abgenutzte Teppichböden, abgenutzte Polstermöbel, verschlissene Poolhandtücher, ...
- teilweise laute Party bis in die späten Abendstunden
- unpersönlicher Check-out. Wir haben die Zimmerkarte abgegeben und dann kam nicht mehr. Kein Danke, schön, dass sie da waren, nicht mal ein 'Auf Wiedersehen'
Fazit:
Wir hatten eine sehr schöne erholsame Woche, die Erwartungen an ein 5* Hotel wurden aber nicht erfüllt. "
