" Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt im Hotel Shimall. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit, und wir haben uns von Anfang an willkommen gefühlt. Die Zimmer waren sauber, komfortabel und gut ausgestattet – perfekt zum Entspannen nach einem Tag voller Erkundungen. Wir haben kostenlos ein Upgrade erhalten und eine Suite bekommen. Hier wird viel Wert auf Gastfreundschaft und Qualität gelegt wird. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und können das Hotel Shimall jedem wärmstens empfehlen, der Gaziantep besucht! Unser Sohn ist im Hallenbadbereich ausgerutscht und hingefallen hat sich das Schlüsselbein gebrochen. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr behilflich und haben sich gekümmert und haben täglich nach dem Wohlbefinden des Kindes gefragt. Lieben Dank"
