We’ve driven by this place multiple times when we’ve been in town to see our college student. We tried it this time and it just jumped to the top of our list for places to stay. We stayed in the end unit of a 4 unit building. You can see the “skyline”
of downtown Abilene which means you also have a beautiful view of the sunset. Parking is easy and just outside the door. Opening and closing the unit are also easy. The unit is a studio apartment with every essential - Keurig, microwave, cooktop, TV, bed, table and chairs, sofa, washer and dryer, full bathroom with makeup wipes, shampoo, conditioner, soap, towels, and a small fenced in back area with a little porch and two chairs. There is a small mud room area with hooks for coats, the washer and dryer, a closet and entrance to the bathroom. This is one street over from ACU and just a few blocks from Judge Ely Blvd. It’s extremely convenient. The response time from the owner/management is just a few minutes. They were very helpful, clear in their instructions, friendly, and welcoming. Excellent experience.
