Apartment on the Aitrach

The quiet basement apartment is located in a beautifully situated house directly on the river Aitrach. The apartment has two separate bedrooms, a daylight bathroom, an open kitchen and a spacious living and dining area. It is located on a 1200 m² plot directly on the Aitrach with separate entrance. The apartment is on one level and is conditionally barrier-free. On our beautiful terrace you have a view of the river Aitrach.

The living room

In this apartment you experience a feeling of "home away from home". It is furnished with attention to detail. The apartment offers enough space and space for singles, couples and offers a kid-friendly atmosphere.

Access for guests

There is a private entrance door for the apartment and a patio door to the terrace.

We live in the same house upstairs if there are any questions (eg. B. Excursion destinations, good food) we are happy to be there!

The garden was newly created last year, which means that during the spring plants are planted, the access to the river is embellished and our own terrace is still made - the terrace for guests is finished!
