Nikte Ha #7 is an amazing new penthouse with wonderful views of the Caribbean Sea! This 3 bedroom luxury unit is located in the central part of Akumal's Half Moon Bay, close to La Buena Vida restaurant, and a short walk to many local amenities including Yalku Lagoon.

A great choice for families, Nikte Ha Condominiums offers modern amenities for your comfort and a central location. Nikte Ha is located on the beach of Half Moon Bay. There is a great pool and easy access to some of Akumal’s best snorkeling right front of the building.

Each unit has fully equipped kitchen, dining and living area. The units have full ocean views and ocean side terrace with dining for four. The units each have three bedrooms with lots of room for the kids to bring a friend, and still privacy for the adults. The master bedroom has a king bed an en-suite bath. Guest Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and a single sofa bed. The third bedroom is perfect for kids with a bunk bed (double and single bed) and a double trundle bed.

Akumal is a small beach community with ecologically minded locals, and two swimming bays which are the perfect home to a diversity of tropical marine life and endangered sea turtles. Akumal is located a 20 min drive from the popular resort towns of Playa del Carmen and Tulum, and just one hour south of Cancun International airport.

Amazing spacious condo in Akumal

We stayed for a week and had a great stay in Akumal. The condo had everything we needed and we used the pool all the time. Highlight was walking on the beach outside of the condo and seeing baby turtles going out to sea.

Beautiful Location!

My family and I had an amazing time in Akumal. This property is beautiful. The spacious rooms, the cleanliness and the balcony views were amazing! The little things made it even more special, for example; having the rooms cleaned daily, having drinking water for the whole stay, the washer & dryers and a convenience store across the street. We had an incident with the elevators, but the property management and ownership were quick to check on us and make it right! THANK YOU! Overall, I truly recommend this property if you are looking for a nice, relaxing time in Akumal.

Beautiful, Quiet and Friendly

First VRBO experience for us. The property was as advertised, and beautiful. Fabulous views, very quiet street in Akumal playa, walkable to good restaurants. The staff were friendly and busy cleaning every day. Management was responsive and informative about day trips, etc. There was sargasso present on the beach but it’s everywhere anyway, and there was so much to do that it didn’t matter. The unit was clean, modern and had nice art. Bottled water was abundant and replenished regularly. People in Akumal are less touristy than most places, which makes a big difference. It was all so friendly and very, very safe. I would highly recommend this place.

Amazing trip to Akumal

We had such a wonderful experience in Akumal and at the condo. The condo was clean and ample room for our family of 5. The cute little beach town was quiet during the evening hours with a few great restaurants. Unfortunately the sargassum was bad but it’s also to be expected this time of the year. We didn’t let it put a damper on our trip.

A beautiful place. It was as it was described with a few little exceptions we had no rooftop terrace with furniture hot tub and or a grill. That was a little disappointing but not everything‘s perfect. Also there was a little trouble with the hot water never consistent either scolding or freezing, We learned and adapted, this was frustrating at first but again we adapted. The above little hiccups do not change our overall opinion of the property at all definitely would recommend it definitely will go back!!

Beautiful location. A/C was acting up while we were there. Took us awhile to find the dishes because they were hidden in the dining room cabinet. Wished they had some laundry detergent for us seeing how they have a washer/dryer and they list it as an amenity in the property description. The beds could be updated, particularly in one of the bedrooms facing the jungle More than enough room in that bedroom for a king. Property manager could have been and should have been more informative about the onsite covid tests we requested at the property before our departure. They required a deposit to schedule a doctor to come to the property but neglected to tell us it was a non-refundable deposit if we canceled. We canceled more than 36 hours prior to the scheduled appointment and they would not refund our deposit. We canceled because they were charging more then double what the local pharmacy was charging for same day result covid tests right down the road. We felt like we were being more than taken advantage of especially when the property manager stated they were there to help us. They never mentioned it was more than half the price to go take the test less than 5 mins down the road. We would recommend it to others but will personally be taking a look at other places for sure before we commit to going back here. After all my moaning and groaning, it was a good place just a few things they could work on.

Great condo, perfect location

Enjoyed a week stay in Nikte Ha 7. Condo is clean, updated, and works well for large families. We’ve stayed in other properties along half moon bay and enjoyed the location of Nikte Ha. It’s close to restaurants and sits in the middle of the bay. Sargassum was bad but there were people cleaning it up toward the end of the week. Easy walk down the beach to enter the water and snorkel. Would definitely stay again!

Great stay in Akumal despite the sargassum!

Great condo right on the beach. Called maintenance about a fan not working, and they were there within 10 minutes. Very clean, with great space for 5 people. Will go back!

They have a seaweed problem. Not the owners fault. The beach in town was better. Rented chairs at the beach club. Took a taxi to Tulum 2 days. Cozy beds.

Amazing Stay at Nikte Ha!

Everything was just lovely! The penthouse at Nikte Ha is gorgeous, the location fabulous, and the service was friendly and efficient. I would recommend this to anyone looking to stay in Akumal!
