Pros: The major benefit is it had a private pool that was quite good for the kids. The property manager (I suspect owner?) was very responsive, bringing a pack n' play and extra pool towels when I asked about them the day before we arrived. The place was clean enough & had most of the basics for the stay.
Cons: Not as advertised. The listing had 4 rooms w/ beds -- one room was locked & unavailable per the property mgr and a 4th party had to find different accommodations. No notice was given about this. The coffee machine was TINY for a place that was supposed to sleep 10; we Amazon-ed a normal size coffee machine. The tub doesn't hold water well; we rigged a suction cup over the drain so we could bathe the kids. The grill igniter & mechanical trash can didn't work even w/ new batteries; we had to leave the trash lid open so the kids (& adults) didn't have to touch it to use it, & purchased a new lighter to manually light the grill (the ones provided were out of lighter fluid). There are no top-sheets, so you had to sleep under used and not-washed comforters (!) Most of the pillows were old/unsupportive, esp in the room downstairs. It is important to make sure to read the email about your responsibilities at checkout, as they are more involved than those listed in the physical binder at the house. And the pack n' play was dirty and didn't actually click into place to not collapse.
It took a lot to get the 4 families together so we just dealt with it, but yeah, not again.
