L'endroit idéal pour profiter de votre séjour dans la vieille ville et de ses nombreuses activités, La Perla est une casita / guesthouse privée en adobe dans le quartier historique de la vieille ville d'Albuquerque. Restaurée avec amour après des années de négligence, cette propriété est pratique pour les restaurants, les musées, les galeries et les magasins. Pour notre plus grand plaisir, les clients décrivent souvent La Perla comme une maison loin de chez eux avec à la fois le charme du sud-ouest et des équipements modernes.

La casita peut accueillir jusqu'à 2 adultes et 2 enfants avec un lit queen-size dans la chambre et un canapé-lit double dans le salon. Profitez de la jolie cour pendant les mois chauds; sirotez un verre de vin du Nouveau-Mexique tout en vous relaxant devant la chaleureuse cheminée à gaz kiva du salon en hiver. Des sols en briques, un plafond légèrement voûté, un banco traditionnel, un espace salle à manger pour 4 et un canapé confortable complètent le salon.
La chambre a une entrée dans la cour, un matelas en peluche queen-size, une commode, un placard et une douche. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec cafetière, micro-ondes et laveuse / sécheuse (mais pas de lave-vaisselle.) Un service de femme de chambre est fourni toutes les deux semaines pour les séjours prolongés.
En plus de la cour qui est partagée avec l'unité avant (généralement les propriétaires), il y a un petit patio privé à côté de la cuisine pour profiter de votre tasse de café ou de thé le matin.

Amazing Casita
We loved everything about this casita! We were greeted by Rob and Agatha the friendly lab who loved a little pat and then just laid down! The location is perfect because not only was it quiet it was 1 block from Old Town. You can park your car and never have to leave. There are museums, a park and all the shopping and restaurants right there. There is the cutest garden patio which looked so relaxing! But one of the best parts was how nice Rob and Arlene were! Not only were they very friendly and kind when there was a plumbing issue they literally had a plumber within an hour. Rent this VRBO you will love it too!

I really loved staying in this casita. It has that New Mexico charm with all the comforts of your own place! I was so happy to be able to comfortably and safely walk out the door and explore! Fabulous Casita in Old town
The location of this spacious Casita is great….walking distance to everything in Old Town! I’ve stayed in a lot of VRBO’s and I have to say that this is very well stocked with all you could need, they have thought of everything! The patio area is large with many places to sit and tables to eat at or to have your morning coffee. I highly recommend you stay here. You will not be disappointed.

Nice little casita in the middle of Albuquerque
Loved this little space in ABQ. We were in town to check out the city, and this location was excellent. It has easy access to the freeways and is essentially right in the middle, so nothing was more than 20 minutes away, just pick the direction you need to go. But, don't get me wrong, you can't hear the freeways, as the neighborhood is within walking distance of old town, where we went to often grab a morning coffee. But, we also made use of the very serviceable kitchen as well, so we were able to save money by buying groceries locally and NOT having to eat out all the time. In fact, I think we only dinner out twice.Overall, a nice stay, very convenient, and we'd definitely stay here again next time we're back in the ABQ.

The casita is a wonderful place to stay in Albuquerque. It is bright, clean, cozy and in a perfect location for museums, the park, Old Town, and restaurants on a quiet residential street. Highly recommend staying here. Owner and manager very helpful, kind, and very respectful of privacy (understanding that the casita shares the property). There is a very lovely courtyard to sit in for much warmer weather.

All the amenities included. Great location.
Literally steps away from Old Town Albuquerque with a ton of shops and restaurants. Grocery store right around the corner & easy freeway access. Lots of coffee supplies and a nice coffee machine. Washer & dryer with detergent, bleach, dryer sheets all provided. All bedding very nice and very comfortable bed. Bathroom had a ton of things provided, including shampoo, conditioner, wipes, sunscreen, lotions, etc. Agatha (Aggie) was a sweetheart, we love dogs. The shower is on the small side & the handle would come loose, but plenty of hot water & enough water pressure. We did get some rain when we were there, but plenty of activities to do indoors. Definitely recommend this place.

Fantastic Stay
La Perla was just right for my sister and I! It is an adorable casita that is perfectly appointed, clean, and in a great location in Old Town. Arlene, the host, and Rob, the owner, are fantastic. Arlene checked in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. Communication was easy, and they were flexible when we wanted to extend our stay by a day. The gate and door are accessed with a code, so it was nice not worrying about a key (though it is an option). The house is across a parking lot from the entrance to the Old Town shopping plaza and historic San Felipe Neri Catholic Church. The couch pulls out into a bed so the casita could technically sleep 4, but it’s much more comfortable for 2. There is one bathroom with a small shower (not enough room to shave your legs, for reference). A few toiletries were set out in case we forgot something (shampoo, toothbrush, personal wipes, etc.). The house is on a septic, so don’t flush anything except TP and the stuff that goes in the toilet. The kitchen has every tool you need for cooking and there is a washer and dryer (bring your own soap). Full size fridge, microwave and lovely gas stove. The patio and courtyard are beautiful, and the resident yellow lab was good company outside in the evenings. My sister and I loved our stay and I would book La Perla again!

Great location & private patio area
We stayed a week in this little unit and it was perfect for 2 adults. Very clean, with comfortable beds, a quiet neighborhood, and easy walk to Old Town, shops, museums, and cafes. There is a desk area and strong internet connection making working remotely an option if needed. There is a private back seating area with views of sunflowers to enjoy your morning coffee and watch all the birds and butterflies - we saw hummingbirds, goldfinch and many others! There is a larger private front patio with plenty of seating to relax and visit. Grocery store is a short drive away. Checking-in and out was easy and the owner was friendly and helpful when needed. We would definitely stay here again!

An outstanding Old Town Albuquerque lodging experience!
La Perla casita is a gem, hands down the best short-term rental experience I've ever had. The casita is charming and set up with everything anyone could want. The host really just thought of everything! I was comfortable, cozy, and felt like I was coming home everytime I opened the front door of the casita. It welcomed me with open arms. And speaking of welcoming. The owner, Rob, is a delightful, friendly man who I am delighted to have met in person. We had some lovely conversations and I look forward to seeing him again. And of course I must mention the sweet yellow Lab named Agatha. What a sweetie! So nice to have a furry friend around. I was also lucky to meet the manager, Arlene, in person. She's friendly and welcoming and a pleasure to deal with. Bottom line, I will be back. And that's a promise.

It doesn’t get any better!
This was a dream VRBO. The property is incredibly well prepared. If you need it, it’s there. They thought of everything. The patio was WONDERFUL!!! Extremely well maintained and Rob shared some veggies from his backyard garden. We had a few friends over during our 2 week stay for coffee or wine on the patio. Agatha, the very mellow lab, that hangs out on the patio was great ! The unit itself was very clean, quiet and comfortable. The bed VERY comfy. The kitchen was well equipped. And the living room was inviting. Any needs we had during our 2 week stay were addressed kindly, quickly and professionally. The property is very safe and secure. A beautiful park is located with-in one block. Charming Old Town Albuquerque with great shops and eateries is almost in your backyard. We have stayed at several vacation rentals and this tops the list. We are already planning me next visit.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Will definitely stay again, next time we visit Albuquerque. The property was safe and secure with easy access to Old Town. The patio space was well kept and a great place to sit, relax and hang out. Any issues were handled quickly and efficiently by the host.

Perfect casita!
Checks every box for a five star casita in Old Town. Great location, well appointed, beautiful and private courtyard, comfortable bed, and an awesome host (Rob). The thermostat controlled fireplace was a very nice touch. Will definitely stay again!

Perfect Place & Host!
What a great find! Property was so nice and homey and very clean! with many extras like varieties of coffees and creamers, extra towels and box tissues, beautiful gas fireplace! and a comfy bed! The outdoor patio was very serene and secure! Such a pleasure meeting the host, Rob and his two fur babies! Such a kind man! and his dogs were so sweet and welcoming to my dog Max! Can’t wait to return!
