This spacious home is just literally seconds from the area's snowmobile trails. There is plenty of room for your group to play or relax both inside and out. There is a spectacular lake view right from the house. We are less than 3 miles to town on paved roads so everything is very convenient.
During your stay at this holiday home, you'll be within walking distance of Lake Latoka. Laundry facilities are available. A kitchen and 3 bathrooms are available in the holiday home.

2025 Ice Hole Challenge Annual Fishing Tournament

We chose Alexandria for our annual fishing tournament this year. We like the fact we were on a lake, around a town and had access to several lakes in the area. The house was warm and cozy, plenty of room for all of us plus our ice fishing gear. We enjoyed our stay and I would recommend this property if you are looking. Communication with owner was great.

Family Getaway

This home was cozy yet spacious for 3 families. We enjoyed the beautiful deck, fishing off the dock, campfires, and enjoying time outside playing yard games. The home was clean and host was very responsive.

Great place for extended family with small kids

Spacious, comfortable with small-kid friendly bathroom (i.e. toilet seat insert). Large yard with dock on small shallow lake & kayaks & paddle boat. Lots to do locally.

Great multi-family rental!

Great rental with the perfect layout for multiple families. It was clean, the kitchen was well stocked, the area was beautiful, and it was close to downtown Alexandria. The owner was accomodating and quick to communicate.

Loved the deck and overlooking water. Plenty of room for 7 and clean. Disappointed in grill as not clean or usable. More kitchen towels were needed also. Close to fun things in Alexandria so that was nice! Would stay again!!

Girls weekend

We were a group of 8 women. We stayed and went to the grape stomp. We had a great time! The house was wonderful and as described. We all loved the comfy couch in the living room! The deck and the view were awesome as well!

Attention to detail

It was obvious the owners have tried to anticipate the needs of their guests, from a well-stocked kitchen to outside amenities. This house was clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated with a large backyard. The owners were quick to respond to my questions. We rented a pontoon from nearby and enjoyed a day on the lake. Also attended a wedding at near by Carlos Creek Winery which is worth visiting. House is close enough to town for a quick grocery run. We would defintely recommend staying here.

Positive reviews from all 8 adults. The house is very nice. Nice deck to enjoy the view of the lake. New dock with a couple chairs and umbrella. Better lake access by the state would be nice.

A great location and lots of room

For 6 adults and 5 kids, this house was a great size. Lots of space in the dining room, kitchen (and enough dishes and flatware!), upstairs and downstairs. It was also extremely clean. The hosts were very quick to respond when we had questions. It was also a great location-just a few minutes to downtown Alex while feeling far away and quiet. A couple things to note: only one of the bunk bed rooms has an additional twin bed though the listing says they both do. The queen beds are comfortable, though the bunk bed mattresses should be reserved for kids. During our stay, one of the stove burners did not work and we wished for some basic utensils like tongs or a potato peeler. It seems like the hosts want to be very accommodating and help their guests enjoy their stay, so I’m thinking these are just temporary issues. I’d recommend this listing, just bring utensils you think you’ll need if you like to cook.

This is a quiet neighborhood on a small lake, nice house.

It is a quiet neighborhood on a small kayaking size lake. The kayaking will access 2 or 3 other lakes, but I would not put a motorized boat on their lake or at least at the level it was when we were there. About 10 minutes outside of town and other lake access to larger lakes. House is nice and clean and owner is very responsive.
