We enjoyed our 3-night stay at this house near Duck Creek Village. The location was ideal, equal distance from Bryce & Zion (and both of the nearby grocery stores - also about 25 mins apart). There was plenty of space for our group to both sleep, eat, cook, and hang out. We took advantage of the many games the owners have to entertain their guests, and we also enjoyed the hot tub. However, the condition of some of the property could use a little bit of care. For instance, the weeds in the backyard and in the middle of the horseshoe pit were tall and wide and clearly hadn't been dealt with all summer. We were also terribly disappointed that the bbq grill's propane tank was empty. The owners had told us a few days before check-in that their policy is the guest can purchase a replacement tank if they want to use it. Of course, this means someone pays for a full tank, uses only a little over the course of their vacation, and future guests benefit.. plus we were on motorcycles and there was not a way for us to transport it. So, we opted to bake our chicken and didn't go hungry (but still, I'd rather pay $3 more a night and have their property manager take care of it). It's a little close to highway 89, so you can hear the road noise on the back porch, or if you opted to sleep with your windows open to enjoy the cool mountain air. Overall this house was fine and met our needs for accommodation.
