My only complaint is a very very sticky carpet in our room. Only one area but it’s unavoidable and whatever the substance is it doesn’t come off shoes or feet. All else is good.

I wouldn't say I like this hotel. When we got there, they gave us the wrong room, and I walked into the room with a guy asleep nude in his bed. I didn't want to see that after a long day. The beds were incredibly uncomfortable, and I woke up with a sore back. The bed needed to be cleaned properly, and the service required to be more amiable. If I could get a refund for this stay, I highly doubt that would help my sore back. You would expect better beds and appliances if you pay $100 for one night.

Definitely outdated. Not the cleanest place I've ever been but also not the worst. Definitely not handicapped friendly. My mom, who is handicapped and can barely walk, had to walk up 2 flights of stairs and halfway down a long hallway because there was no elevator anywhere nearby. Even the front desk laughed about how out of the way the elevator was

Used to be a premier hotel. It’s literally falling apart in places. We had to change rooms due to a water leak in bathroom. We had just checked in. Someone isn’t monitoring the rooms. The room we moved into had the door bent in about three inches on the bottom. It would still close. Smell of cigarettes in hallways and outside exit.

My stay was three nights. The maid service only made the bed, which I had already done. Emptied the trash once, never cleaned the in-room coffee pot or replaced the coffee bags that had been used. Never replaced a towel.
