Well, first of all, the arrival was pretty great, and they waited for us. The Loft was really big enough, and we enjoyed the bath. The bed is really confortable. In the room, a kettle is missing... And maybe a Nespresso? Even if customers are able to enjoy a free coffee in the lobby. Around, we found a lot of restaurants, and after a couple of meters a lot of shops. Buuuuuuuuuuuut, in case you're coming in car to the hotel, if you're lucky enough, you'll find the "free parking"... Because the closer one is the QPark. And the receptionist told me "it's 7€ a day". So, I was like "Ooooh yes ! it's not far and easy to access to the car etc..." But in fact we had to pay 38€ for 2 days... Otherwise, everything was perfect!

An unique, modern hotel with great service!

Pros: It was unique, quite and the staff were great!
Cons: The noise was a bit much as the restaurant is just below it and people stayed out late chatting. the air conditioner didn't work great...
Location: The location is a little gem! Perfectly located in a small square full of life!
We enjoyed three nights at this charming, modern and simple hotel. The staff were brilliant and the stay was enjoyable.

Great hotel close to Amsterdam 100% recommend!

Pros: The shower & heated flooring, bed was very comfortable, the bathtub was amazing, the bathrobes & room service were a nice touch. TV with free movies!
Cons: Nothing really! Maybe a mini fridge in the room, and the bathtub could have a jacuzzi feature!
Location: 2 coffeeshops very close by, a shisha lounge, lots of great bars and shops. The location is great as only a ten minute walk to the train station.
This hotel is definitely worth 5 stars, best hotel we've stayed at so far in Holland! I stayed here with my boyfriend for his 21st birthday for 3 nights and we were amazed at how great the room was, we stayed in loft 3. The bed was very comfortable, the shower area was lovely with heated flooring which was a nice surprise. The huge bathtub with mood lights was very cool and the comfy seats by the window and complimentary bath robes were great! All the little features including the TV with free on demand movies, YouTube and room service added to the comfort of our nights. The room was very nicely decorated too, has a very new and modern style to it, very clean aswell. On the morning of my boyfriends birthday the hotel staff brought us up breakfast in bed on little tables wishing him happy birthday which was lovely as they all remembered! Food was very nice and the prosecco was a sweet touch. We felt fully pampered! The staff at reception and in the bar/bistro were very friendly and helpful the whole stay. The bar is very welcoming and has a nice area outside to chill with pillows and blankets with heaters to smoke/drink. Only a very short walk to the train station and short ride to Amsterdam central every 10/15 minutes. The area is a local, friendly place with lots of shops and places to eat and party, including 2 coffeeshops and a shisha lounge. It gets a bit noisy outside the hotel at night from the club and bars but didn't bother us much as the hotel supplied earplugs!
