This hotel needs to be condemned. It's old, the rooms smell of dampness and mildew, there are no drain stoppers in the sink or tub. I had to change rooms twice. You cannot control the temperature in your room heat or air) although there are thermostats on the wall. I was told because the hotel is old the temperature in the hotel is centrally controlled. My room was very cold and once the temperature drops to a certain degrees outside, the heat would click on for the whole hotel, not your room. So basically, you have to freeze. They offered me a heater that didn't work and a blanket. I had no face towels in the room, had to call twice, the hotel soap attached in the shower was empty, I had to get out and get my own, so I guess housekeeping doesn't check the levels. It was an overall terrible experience and I will never stay there again, nor would I recommend it.

Been here in the past for band kids to march in Disneyland and have always enjoyed. Breakfast has been a big plus to start the day right.

We stayed there to go to Disney. We could tell that the carpet was very dirty from the moment we entered the hotel. When we entered the room, carpet looks very dirty. I can't believe that a hotel of this level doesn't invest in cleaning the carpets. It was a suite, and the only trash can was in the bathroom, and it was very small. We didn’t have a blanket or pillows for the sofa bed. The first day we came back from Disney to realize that they hadn't cleaned our room, nor did we have clean towels. The second day, we had to ask the front desk to please do room service. When we came back from Disney, we noticed that they had gone to clean but they only made the beds and took away trash, they didn't leave us a single towel or toilet paper (we had to call to ask for it). Besides the fact that the hotel is far from Disney, we paid too much for what we received. There are definitely other hotels that are much better, cleaner and with better service. I do not recommend staying at this hotel.

A pretty good hotel

The location close to Disneyland was convenient. The made-to-order omelet by the chef made for a satisfying breakfast. However, the cleanliness was a bit disappointing (found hair and fingerprints).

I have always loved Embassy suites and the luxury stay. This property was horrible! Upon check in not friendly at all, we asked for blankets never brought them. The most disappointing of it all was the parking. They charge a premium for parking and the club next door has looting and traffic so they take up all the front parking while you pay at Embassy suites you are forced to park far with areas not quite safe. I have stayed at Embassy suites and so disappointed with the stay.
