My 2nd time at this location. This was ok, but there were a few issues. I brought it to the attention of the front desk. She apologized and then comped me for the parking. Very gracious.

Sonesta ES Suites Anaheim review

Room 414 was quiet & generally clean. However, we were not able to adjust the HVAC to our needs - specifically turning the fan to at least a LOW setting, & ideally OFF due to the loud sound it made much of the night, keeping my husband awake. Also I noticed poor construction details on both a bedside table & the doors under the sink. None closed evening & effectively. There should have been a light over or a desk lamp on the table, allowing customers to actually SEE when at the table. The breakfast was good, tho' the bacon was basically greasy fat, with almost NO meat, & so inedible. The service was fine & prompt.

The property was very clean and great service from staff, very hospitable. The shower is in need of upgrade, not working very efficiently, with lots of water ending up on the outside floor.

My hotel room was dirty. The refrigerator was leaking water onto our food! The lamp in the room wasn’t working. We had 1 spoon and no bowls. The couch had white stains! The entry lamp had stains on it. The room was gross.

Good for families.

Descent hotel. A little aged and needs some maintenance. Despite this was great for a family trip to Disney. Hotel staff was amazing and friendly.

One night stay, and midnight, start to get cold, a I go to turn the heat on, it didn’t work, so I open the couch bed to get the blanket from it , but didn’t have a extra blanket, there, so I pass a cold night,with a sheet and a, one blanket only so I didn’t like, sorry, place is very clean personal, was nice I , the person a the front desk, she was very nice , she give me a extra late check out, other the that heater , and extra blankets, overrated, was ok,

Staff was really great and room was very clean. Breakfast had grrat options for the whole family. Kitchen could use a bit better pans, but the bed was comfortable and the king suite was great! Parking was pricey, but super convenient. We would definitely stay again.
