This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had in the U.S. The room was dirty—floors were not cleaned, and the pillows had yellow stains. The room was incredibly small and located near a busy road, so the constant noise from passing cars was impossible to ignore. Additionally, I could hear water running from faucets in other units, which made the stay even more uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the key machine wasn’t working, so every time we needed to enter our room, the receptionist had to come and unlock the door for us. This was inconvenient for everyone involved and added to an already frustrating stay. Overall, the hotel failed to meet basic standards of cleanliness, comfort, and functionality. I would not recommend staying here.

Noisy neighbors.
When. Check in to my room the people next to me were very loud disrupted so I called The front desk and complain they took care of it, but it didn’t stop them from making noise and waking me up so I called front desk and Ask them if I can get a different room they had no problem. They put me in another room quickly, nice and quiet and clean the police came and ran the others out.

The key card make was broken so the counter person had to let everyone in there room my sheets we’re not clean there was hair , flakes of skin and cut nails on the bed but I got a new room I will not be staying there again

Thy had construction work going on in the room next door. I had to listen to pounding for an entire day and well into the evening. It was after 8pm when the noise finally stopped. The lady at the front desk offered no sympathy or solution. All she had to say was "Well, we're in the middle of remodeling." I told her I should've been warned and offered an opportunity to refuse the room. She did offer an insincere "I'm sorry." Never again.

I like the fact that they supply transportation to the airport. Food items close by, great breakfast in mornings. Great staff. Clean affordable rooms. I stay here a lot just for these reasons.

It was ok.
The room was nice, and the beds were pretty soft, but on the night before we checked out the person working the front accidentally gave the wrong room information to another person staying at the hotel and opened our door a quarter of the way before realizing that we had the room booked. It almost led to me having a panic attack but other than that incident the overall stay was just ok.

Loved the Christmas decor! I have stayed here before. It feels Alaskan. Bed was comfortable. Love the shuttle service However the bathroom seemed to be designed for really short people. 5’10”. I had some difficulty in there. Picture flailing limbs.
