I wasn’t greeted well in the beginning. The power went out for hours during my stay. We were rushed out after the power was back on. I received no remorse for inconvience for our stay. No gift card or offering of a free stay or anything. I was very disappointed.

Was excited to stay here, but arrived and found a room right by a smoking area by the parking lot. The shower constantly ran out of hot water and the bathroom sink was clogged. The power went out and that lead to the pool and hot tub being closed. Disappointing all around.

I really like this hotel.
I really like this hotel. It has a certain charm. Service was great (even fixing a booking for the wrong date). Breakfast was limited and bland, but the hotel is clean and comfortable.

Ann Arbor Regent hotel great and was my second time staying. I love how clean everything is. My room was very cozy and warm on a cold day. It also included a mini fridge and microwave so that was very convenient during my long stay. The hot tub and pool were also very nice. The breakfast was hot and the staff who worked the buffett were very kind and friendly. Overall a great stay. I will stay again.

The rooms are very comfortable. The location is very convenient to access our neurologist. Even after checkout they allowed us to hang out in the upstairs lounge until we left for Neurologist appointment. The breakfast was good but very limited.
