My husband loved the property because it reminded him of the home where he spent his youth. Such a nice room and location. Also, each young man who took us to the Maryland Inn were excellent drivers.

My husband and I stayed at the Governor Calvert House for 3 nights. We were able to book an extra night and were even able to check in earlier, with no fee, if we wanted! The staff was friendly, the Inn was ADORABLE, and we loved how accessible it was to everything. Truly felt like a Hallmark movie experience. The only negatives that we had were that there were no microwaves accessible to guests - none in the room or lobby, and no laundry facility. These are minor inconveniences, but still something to note. Overall a great stay and would stay again!

I love staying at this property. It is within walking distance of everything, especially Main Street and the Naval Academy. The valet service is excellent, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The rooms are always clean and comfortable.
