Located 400m from Lake Annecy. This apartment has been completely refurbished. Free internet. It is accessible by elevator or stairs.

This apartment on the 6th floor consists of:
- From an entrance, to drop off your belongings with a large storage closet.
- a living room, dining room with a large 7 seater sofa.
- a kitchen equipped with an induction hob, oven, hood, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, coffee maker, Nespresso machine and finally a refrigerator).
- a 1st cozy, bright room with a large double bed of 160x200 (King Size) overlooking a veranda with dressing room.
- a cozy 2nd bedroom with a large double bed of 160*200 (King Size) also overlooking a veranda.
- a 3rd bedroom with two single beds of 90x200 (Single) overlooking a courtyard.
- a bathroom with bath equipped with a washing machine, the toilets are separated.

Storage is available in each room.
And finally a large veranda is accessible from the living room and two bedrooms for lunches in the sun.
You take the keys and the apartment is entirely at your disposal, no room or closet closed, no cohabitation, you are at home!

Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can get around without a car during your stay.
The lake is a 5 min walk away. Bike rental nearby (a superb bike path runs around the lake).

To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.

Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life.

Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional € 20 will be charged.

In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.

Great location
Lovely bright apartment in a fantastic location on the edge of the old town with a bike hire place next door (bikes are essential!) and a lovely breakfast place across the street. Very responsive host.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The location was so convenient. We loved how bright and spacious the apartment was. The enclosed balcony was the highlight. Would love to come back and stay longer!

Large sunny spacious apartment
Apartment was very nice and close walk to Old Town. Rooms were comfy. Nice sun porch. We got stuck in traffic jam in Italy that put us way behind, called owner who was able to get a substitute to meet us later that evening. Unfortunately she wasn't very prepared. Couldn't find parking garage. Took over an hour to get in apartment. She didn't have time to show us anything, such as wifi or how washer worked.

A wonderful apartment on the edge of the old town with an 8 minute walk down to the lake. Well renovated and modernly furnished with high grade appliances. With an enclosed full length balcony accessible from the the living dining area and from two of the bedrooms, the rooms are well heated and ventilated. Views are stunning, floodlit sky and mountains. only 1 shower/ bathroom and 1 toilet but we managed well ( 5 adults). A lift to the 6th floor

Un appartement fidèle à l'annonce. Emplacement parfait à proximité des commerces, de la vieille ville et du lac. Tout le confort dont nous avions besoin. Deux petits bémol, un ascenseur tout petit et un appartement dont l'insonorisation n'est pas parfaite. Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable. Maddy
