Absolutely love this place, Hope to come back!

This honestly was the best hotel I think I've ever stayed at, and I've traveled quite a bit! Centrally located before enough away that you can sleep quietly at night, beautiful and local features and decor, anything you could need if you forgot something at home, beautiful volcano views right outside the door, and sister hotel with an incredible pool. Oh, and of course, very affordable. Grateful for my stay!

Gran servicio al cliente, el personal es muy atento y en mi caso resolvieron sin mayor tema una confusiĆ³n que hubo en la reservaciĆ³n con relaciĆ³n al total de huĆ©spedes en la reservaciĆ³n. Solo harĆ­a falta que renueven sus TVs por unas que permitan el uso de plataformas de streaming y corregir la gotera de la ducha.

Relaxing Paradise in Heart of Antigua

This beautiful hotel is decorated in stunning Guatemalan design. The plants, pool, fountain, and rooftop terrace added quiet tranquility to this small hotel. The service was attentive and thoughtful. Breakfast at its sister hotel - Pensativo - was fabulous. Fresh food, excellent service, and gorgeous setting. I hope to come back one day. Book this hotel and you wonā€™t regret it!

This hotel is beautiful and quaint as it only has maybe 10 rooms. The staff is very friendly and welcoming! You also have access to a couple of other hotels and their restaurants and amenities.

Casa Encantada was exactly what I was looking for: a unique boutique hotel; cute, clean, safe, and walking distance from main Antigua shopping and activities. Staff were super helpful and courteous; and I was extremely pleasantly surprised to be offered the suite when I checked in. Only suggestion I have is to please deep clean the bath tub. Nonetheless, I will definitely be a repeat customer. Thank you!!
