The hotel and amenities are wonderful. The available Google point thew me for a loop and had to go asking people where the hotel was located. I would suggest correcting it and sending a little more information before arrival including where to park (Which was very easy, but not until I figured it out). The location is central enough you can walk anywhere within the city limits.

The property & rooms are beautiful and comfortable. However, the attitude of front desk staff leaves a lot to be desired - they were flat out rude and ignored guests while on their cell phone. Cleaning staff would knock once and proceed to enter room, then just left without apologizing. This is my third time staying at this property, but will never stay again. There are other properties in Antigua with significantly better service.
