We recently stayed two nights at this vrbo and can recommend it.
First off, its location is great. It's a short, easy walk of two blocks to Arcata's attractive early 20th century town square in the heart of downtown.
On-site parking is available, but it's a tight squeeze with another parking space adjacent, however except for arrival and departure we parked steps away on the street. Street parking is free and without time of day or day of the week restrictions.
The Cal Poly Humboldt campus is close by, too, though it's uphill.
The accommodation is basically an ADU with pretty much anything you would need.
Though we walked to and from Redwood Curtain Brewing 1.1 miles away, you might not care to, but it's an excellent brewery that often has a good food truck present.
And there are lots of places to eat and drink on the the town square or very close by.
To sum up, Arcata is a terrific college town and this vrbo is a good base of operations there.
