Grand Hotel Don Juan

"Empfang eine absolute Frechheit. Begleitung = 0 mit Koffer zum Zimmer im 3. OG. Unfreundlicher Empfang. Hatte bis am 3.4.2024 gebucht. Abgereist bis ich aber 2 Tage vorher, weil es nicht mehr auzuhalten war. In diesem Hotel wimmelte es nur von Hunde...überall nur Hunde zu sehen. In Lift, beim Frühstück, auf der Terrasse... Korridore..Empfang...usw. Einfach schrecklich und nur bellen und bellen. Beim auschecken musste ich noch die CityTax von Euro 16.80 6.00 für Getränke bezahlen. Da hatte ich auch nichts dagegen. Aber dass man 2 Tage vorher abreist und keine Rückerstattung für 1 Tag = 1 Nacht Euro 84.87 bekommt, ist eine absolute Frechheit. Dieses Hotel ist aus der Liste zu streichen und absolut nicht empfehlenswert. "
