Gut: Sauberkeit und Zustand der Unterkunft
To be honest, I would have loved to give it a top rating, but the staff outside, especially in the pool area, was simply bad. However, I must emphasize that the staff inside and in the reception area, especially in room service, are exceptionally good and excellent.
The hotel has a lot of potential but urgently needs to train the staff better or replace some of them. It is a great shame that the rating has to be limited due to some of the poor staff. Before Corona, the DIVANI APOLLON HOTEL was simply top class... It really was!
I have known the hotel for 14 years. I usually stay there once or twice a year and hope that my review will make a positive contribution so that I can give a top review next time, which I would be very happy to do!
