Breakfast Ends WAY Too Early! Rude Food Workers!

The overall stay really wasnt bad (shout out to the lady who allowed us to check in early yesterday and was very accommodating)! However I'm highly disappointed with the breakfast time! I assumed it wouldnt be over until around 10 or 11 AM (since I saw nothing in my email about it). When i came downstairs at 855 i asked one of tne workers in the serving area and she rudely said "now!". Then shut the doors whilst i was hastily preparing my plate. I told her i needed to come back and get me a juice and even then she had a nasty attitude about it. My family are still asleep so they didnt even have the opportunity to enjoy the breakfast at all! Ending it at 9AM is WAY too early, and was never adequately communicated!!! And co-workers handling the food were immensely rude! So unfortunately we will not be coming back to this location at all!

The iver all stay was alright. You are reauured to pay 26$ a night for overnight parking per day. I didnt know that until I had already booked the hotel. The hotel itself was nice and comfortable. It is extremely convenient to everything. The area is nice, clean and feels safe. The rooms are set where they are all inside facing the center corridor. That makes noise bounce of the walls. We were in the fidth floor and could still hear people laughing from the bar on the first floor. Overall, nice and good price just watch for the parking prices.

Classically excellent Embassy Suites experience! Was the industry leader decades ago with amenities like spacious rooms and a "Real" good morning breakfast - they continue to set the standard! Loved it!

I didn't like the parking fee to park your own car in a open parking lot! The fact that they took out the parking fee twice 😒 other than that the stay was great, breakfast was awesome, but you didn't have many chooses with the complimentary drinks. Not having a smart tv was the worst. One tv didn't work. The cable offered is cheap and we ended up watching the news. Couldn't cool the room down. Even with the temperature at the lowest setting the room was still very warm. Pro very quiet.

We had high expectations for a nice, comfortable two-night stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, we were met with rude staff at check-in who implied we couldn’t afford to stay there. Later, they threatened to kick us out because we brought pizza from a nearby restaurant to eat in the dining area. The hotel and amenities were nice, but we gave it two stars because of its lack of hospitality. There were a few staff members who were friendly and attentive, but you get only one first impression with a lot of people, and in the beginning, it was a bad impression, which was hard for us to let go regardless of the other individual kind personnel or staff
