Oasis in the City
The hotel is in an excellent location - Midtown Atlanta - and is steps away from the MARTA station. It is absolutely beautiful and romantic and there are small Atlanta touches like the Fox Theater on the wall paper. The bar is fantastic and the courtyard is gorgeous, relaxing and a wonderful sanctuary to relax in! The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Definitely will stay here again on future returns!

Beautiful vintage hotel in the middle of the city! Loved the friendly staff and the lighted, adorable courtyard! Judy the bartender was superb! Rooms were beautiful, clean and newly updated. Beds were comfortable. Would highly recommended!

Loved staying here for my conference at the High Museum! Everything was great, but the valet was extremely busy at times that led to longer wait times which is not a big deal unless you are in a rush. The restaurant and patio were great options if you didn’t want to go far for dining!

The property was conveniently in downtown metro Atlanta, but the room was very small, some of the guests reeked of drugs and the rooms amentities were in poor conditions

I enjoyed the property, it was very sweet and quaint. My teens loved the ambiance and the aesthetics and the staff was super friendly and personable. I loved the cleanliness of the room and the hotel’s unique character. I’ve been disappointed lately by overpromised 5 star hotels, and Hotel Granada did not disappoint or oversell.

Great location; rooms were very clean and the staff were courteousand responsive. The king room I stayed in was an adjoining room in which i could hear my neighbors as if they were in my room. This was not advertised as such or I would have preferred a different room. Other than that, my stay was pleasant.

The property is charming and cozy, though parking is not the most convenient. We opted to valet two cars at $50 each, which was worth it to avoid the hassle of finding parking ourselves. The Pom courtyard offers a lovely outdoor space for drinks and small plates, and the lobby is beautifully designed with a coffee bar full of pastries, comfortable seating, and a stylish bar. While the rooms are on the smaller side, they’re incredibly cozy, and I had the best sleep. There's also a speakeasy on the lower floor. I highly recommend this place

Beautiful, lots of character, old school hotel. A great change from staying in chain hotels. Super awesome staff. No coffee nor fridge but did not miss it, wouldve ruined the vibe. Complimentary coffee downstairs and a great patio / coffee .

Pretty with poor service
Beautiful hotel with neat touches worthy of a hotel near art venues. Unfortunately hotel is understaffed and at times very rude. There was also a $100 “incidentals” fee charged at check in - supposedly it’s refundable but we haven’t been refunded yet and checked out yesterday. Valet was $50, understaffed, tried to hand me keys to another guest’s car and apparently “misplaced” another guest’s car altogether. I wouldn’t stay here again.

My stay was awesome! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. Valet was pricey but quick and helpful with luggage. No room service but food and drinks from restaurant was very good. Would definitely recommend and return!
