Wonderful hotel, Clean and updated, really enjoyed the the decor in the room well done. The staff was professional and courteous. The only complaint I have is the light in shower area is a motion detection style which does not pick up motion while in the shower so the light will leave you in the dark. It should be a timer style which is still eco friendly but will won't leave you in the dark. Set it for 15 minutes if that's not long enough you deserve to be in the dark!

Nice place very close to the airport. Pool is outdoors so closed after Sept. Room was clean except for carpet not well cleaned. Very comfortable sitting area in addition to bed. Needs a microwave! On site bar & grill is hilarious (4 bar seats total) but good burger place next door.

We arrived at the hotel around 8:45pm. There is an eatery onsite that lists the closing time as 10:00pm. I called the front desk to inquire about ordering and she said we had to order in person. Once we arrived downstairs to order at 9:15-9:30pm the cook said he already closed the kitchen. We were disappointed after a long day. Other than that everything else was as expected.

We got to the hotel around 12:30!pm were offered to get room for extra 25 dls for early check in. The kitchen in the dining area was dirty and employees were seating in the big table. You will think that breakfast was just finished, but breakfast was fine at 19:00?-am. 12:30 and place was still dirty by the buffet area, was so messy too. I had iarrived one day earlier, my other hotel was holiday inn express, this other place was way better! I should have had stayed at the other place. They had coffee and water service 24/7, something that the Hyat didn’t offered at ALL. The night before u was craving coffeee and there’s nothing near by, we asked the receptionist if they had coffee, she said no, no coffee station, just coffee to make in your room, but no water…. Very disappointing. Next time I will just stay at the Holiday inn exoress

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a hotel. I booked a room here and my flight was going to be delayed so I contacted the front desk to alert them. I had already checked in online and when I arrived after midnight, I found that my room had been given away. I received a letter saying that they would be paying for the hotel stay that night at a neighboring hotel. The shuttle, then dropped us off back at the airport where we waited another 45 minutes before the shuttle from the other hotel arrived. When I contacted Hyatt, they refused to give me a refund despite the letter saying that I would not be charged for that night‘s stay.

While the front desk employee was extremely nice, the pool was closed/out of service and was not disclosed on the website. This is the main reason of staying here besides the close proximity to the airport. Otherwise, it would have been 5 stars.
