I especially loved the bathroom. Room was cozy. I did not like that there were no ice machines on my floor, but only on two other floors. The other thing that I didn’t like was that check-in was at 3 PM and not sooner. Thank you for the complimentary breakfast

We recently stayed at Hyatt Place for two nights, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Jason at the front desk, who was truly one of the nicest front desk workers we have ever encountered. His friendliness and professionalism set a positive tone for our stay. The hotel itself was nice, we found the beds to be comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep each night. However, the rooms were a bit smaller than what we’ve experienced in some newer hotels, but they were well-appointed and suited our needs. The location of the hotel was fantastic, making it easy for us to walk to the Falcons game. We also enjoyed exploring the area, with several great restaurants and attractions nearby, including the World of Coca-Cola, which was a fun highlight of our trip. Our only significant issue was with the complimentary breakfast. Unfortunately, there was a long wait in line, and we found that there simply wasn't enough food available. The staff struggled to keep the hot food replenished, and items like fruit, bread, and bagels were often empty. This was a bit disappointing, especially given how much we were looking forward to starting our day with a hearty breakfast. In summary, while we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the hospitality, improvements are needed in the breakfast service to enhance the overall experience. We would consider staying at Hyatt again, particularly due to its great location and the excellent service from staff like Jason.

There was construction being done, would’ve been nice to been on the side of the building where the noise from the construction couldn’t be heard. And one of the housekeepers was very loud, I could hear her phone conversation outside of my room.
