We were due to stay at the property 15-18 February however, we arrived to their computer being down and no guidance regarding resolution. The family in front shared they had been waiting 23 minutes but a family further in front had been there waiting 2 hours. We decided to leave and stay elsewhere.

Las instalaciones muy sucias, las habitaciones, todas huelen a cigarro, a pesar de qué sean de no fumar las condiciones de los pasillos, alfombras, marcos de las puertas, contactos demasiado viejos y sucios, las toallas, demasiado viejas percutidas, la regadera no servía aventaba el agua para todos lados, las ventanas y puertas del balcón, no sean, entra todo el frío y el ruido el colchón hundido y la ropa de cama demasiado vieja Adicional ofrecen servicio de Transportacion y mandas mensaje para que te recojan y dicen no haber llegado de tal manera que tuve que pagar transporte para llegar al hotel

Rooms are clean but the weed smell throughout the rooms is crazy, although these are suppose to be No Smoking rooms. Staff was ok and housekeeping was friendly. Price was good so no complaints. The Beds are so so, they newer more comfortable mattresses but the sheets were clean and the bathroom I was in had HOT water...a Big Plus. Michael U.S. Army Veteran
