This hotel is what it is, close to the airport, somewhat dirty but cheap. It has a shuttle BUT they don't tell you that the shuttle is shared with Red Roof and thus who would know? It was fine for a quick overnight and with the price worth it. It serves a purpose and I appreciated the room while stuck in a storm.

I was put in a smoking room and received a message that I requested for one, which I did not! Stinks so bad! Do not believe those 10/10 reviews it’s a lie, I was very torn whether I should book this room but gave this place a benefit of the doubt despite seeing a few low ratings. I definitely regret booking this room!

Front desk girl Mrs. Howell was upset about the complaint guest made about hotel room being nasty and smelled like pee in hallway etc. employee cancelled hotel guest free shuttle ride to airport to leave back out of state. Customer requested for a manager and Mrs Howell refuses as well as provoked a fight and threatening to beat customer up while being recorded by hotel guests and guest family on site. Mrs Howell called law enforcement on hotel guest for criminal trespassing because the guest was not from Georgia and was stuck in hotel area she is not use to for her first time visit. Guest was requesting a manager so she could get a shuttle to airport and front desk girl refused. This led to the hotel guest being arrested at the hotel which the charges on the guest were later dropped by a judge in Georgia. This guest was embarrassed and bullied by Mrs Howell as well as now incarcerated by hotel worker . The guest that was just trying to get a ride to go home after coming into town because her grandmother was dying and her family were waiting at the airport for her to arrive was now incarcerated by this hotel worker. Given the amount of evidence and the witnesses this guest has she has now hired an attorney to legally sue motel 6 of Atlanta airport for her experience during the lost of her grandmother while in town with her family. Due to she was falsely arrested after employee provoked her but the guest never APPROACHED OR PHYSICALLY HIT THE EMPLOYEE AT ALL.
