Apartment needs better maintenance and housekeeping. Some more kitchen utilities and some fresh painting would be good.

Think before you click
The property is not what is represented in the photos. The main door lacks security as it is almost always ajar. The lock on the apt door is not very secure as it is missing latch plates and no real security level for guests. The paint scheme is nothing of whst was represented in photos. No silverware to eat with unless you only use spoons. The apartment was dirty. Food on sink backsplash, sheets had makeup stains and an actual shoe print. Blood spots on pillow cases. 3 bath towels 2 wash cloths and one hand towel for two adults is hardley adequate. Broken and missing blinds through out unit. Neighbors surely got a real show from our place. No remote to control ceiling fan above bed it's either plane prop speed or nothing. No way to activate ceiling light. Patio door has no lock. All paint in horrible condition. Punch hole in bedroom pass thru door. No blender, can opener or adequate kitchen appliances for a residential listing. Book a hotel and you'll be happier. I have never been so unhappy with a VRBO rental. I will also reconsider using VRBO because this really isn't a real listing controlled rental. They only get a fee to rent on their network. Sad and disappointed at best.

Beautifully decorated modern looking and spacious loft right near Piedmont park
This place is so conveniently located to everything Midtown has to offer including Piedmont park! Also good communication with the host, very clean property and easy instructions for check in/out. We traveled from Canada and needed a place to stay for a few days to visit family members nearby…. will definitely stay here again.

Nice, Clean, Low Security Though
Our stay was good. The unit was clean and provided the necessary towels, toiletries etc. There was no ability to lock the balcony door leading outside though, but I guess that wasn’t a huge deal since it was on the third floor of the building. The host sent a long, in depth email about the rules and regulations citing the aggressive security of the building…however when we arrived the call box on the ground level was smashed and inoperable. (We took photos because it was so alarming) The ground level main door to the building was ajar when we got there and anyone could come and go from the building. There was only one deadbolt electronic lock on the actual rental unit door itself on the third floor which felt kind of flimsy. Overall the stay was adequate but we would consider possibly staying somewhere else next visit.

This was such a fun place to stay! The loft is lovely and is just up the street from Piedmont Park. I'm an avid runner. I had lots of trails and historic neighborhoods to explore, not to mention the park. The house was really clean. I was impressed.

Just a little off
Although, our stay was fun, the accommodation were not exactly what we were expecting. The outside door to the building did not shut properly and it did not feel particularly safe. Moving boxes and items were piled right in the entryway hall for all 3 days of our stay. It looked a bit trashy and a little sketch. The kitchen was not equipped with any cooking pans, pots or oven mitts. Nothing available if we wanted to eat in for a meal. No parking!! I’m not sure this was highlighted on the website. Generally it was clean, but would not recommend for anytime longer than a night or for someone who has driven in to the city.

Perfect! Except…
Beautiful loft in the heart of midtown—exactly as pictured and described. However, the second level windows (which look right into the loft bedroom) have no curtains or shades and very close apartment neighbors. So especially at night there is not much privacy.

Awesome location
A great loft apartment with a charming cafe across the street. Walkable to Piedmont Park and restaurants. Just can't beat the location. Will likely stay there again when we visit our daughter who attends Emory.

This is a very lovely rental. Very close to botanical gardens and short drive to MLK or the Georgia Aquarium. The home is very clean and has wonderful views. Was very comfortable and enjoyable to come back and spend the evening after being out in the city all day. Thank you

Great Location
Location of Stay is Ideal in the Middle of Midtown. Can walk to Piedmont park. Very nice and spacious 1 Bedroom. Only one minor flaw is bathroom toilets are too short and makes this nice place feel off.
