Could’ve been better , they need to update their beds and pillows. Also , we were expecting another “ocean view” because that was what we paid for . We got half way of the ocean view and the other we were facing another hotel which was not great at all.

Casino is very nice and clean. Plenty of slots and table games to choose from. The room was clean. My only complaint was the shower did not have hot water. Im also not a fan of the bathroom sliding door. Besides that, bed was comfy and room was spacious and clean.

The property was as seen online. The 1 thing I didn’t like or wasn’t prepared for I should say. Is the walking! I stayed in the North tower and the walk to get there and back is a long way.

For a winter weekday escape Hard Rock is the place to be. It is hopping every night even with a snowstorm when the other properties nearby virtually close down. Felt very safe in all areas of hotel and staff attention was constant. Spa and pool are beautiful. One downside smoke smell in ventilation and no service in room. The online request service for this is not working. Need to request at front desk. Room service is great though.
