We absolutely love this place in fact that they are pet friendly. The staff are exceptionally polite and they offer a fantastic breakfast. Not to mention the room is spacious inconvenient, providing a kitchenette a separate bedroom and a living room area. The only thing that really was disturbing was the fact that children Ran up and down the hallways on the floor above us. Keeping us up most of the night, so my only recommendation would be to put people with rambunctious children on the lower levels whenever possible or enforce a policy of quiet after 9:30 or 10 PM cause these kids were obnoxiously running into the very late hours. This issue was not enough to tell us from making this our permanent place to stay when I come home and visit my family next time request to be either all the way on the top floor, which being older isn’t always so easy but we liked the staff and the facility enough to return this is by far our favorite place that we have stayed!.

Never will stay here again!

No elevator, TV didn't work, and the room smelled like rotten cheese! I had to open the window to breathe. Only reason we stayed was because we were visiting family for Thanksgiving. They offered a refund of 50 dollars. They should have refunded the whole amount for the stay!

The hotel had all the conveniences of home in the kitchen; the suite was very clean, comfortable. Even with a couple of glitches, the staff was extremely accomodating, which I have come to expect at a Hilton property. Still nice to see it in action yet again.
