I would give it 5 stars but the room was a little outdated. Carpet was old and in places threadbare. BUT that was it. We were treated wonderfully, the bed was cozy and much appreciated after being stuck on a 17 hour flight like cattle. Now the best part, the breakfast was FABULOUS! New Zealand brekky of my dreams. Included in the room fee, and we were happy! Pool was clean and Jacuzzi comfy. Staff were just lovely! I'll be back next trip home!

Close to airport

The hotel is convenient for the airport. The room was large, and the bed was comfortable. We left before the breakfast was available so do not know how that was. We would stay here again.

Aircon in room 108 didn’t work and room was extremely hot and spa was noisy(not relaxing) Otherwise staff were amazing and happy to help out in anyway. Exchange library awesome, same with laundry.
