Good price, great location

Great location. We had top floor (19th) with a view of the bay. Nice breakfast in the morning ( included for ALL guests). I', not sure why we paid an "up-charge" to include breakfast? For some reason, our room had numerous moths (more than ten), and we were constantly getting out of bed to swat them. We were offered an early arrival room upon check in. nice touch!

Friendly, helpful staff; Clean room and facilities; Great breakfast; Good sized clean room with fridge and microwave; Great location, Great view, Taxi's right out front of hotel; Lots of shops, grocery stores and restaurants close. Didn't like: how the bathroom door served as a combo for the shower and door to bathroom & we had a room with a "connecting" door; do not get this unless you're sharing with family or friends; the person in the other room was very ill and we could hear coughing and other unpleasant sounds.

Poor signage. Couldn’t find it easily in a car. Not obvious where the entrance was so couldn’t find an easy park to check in and find out where nearby parking is situated. Driving all over. Staff on counter couldn’t understand my question about the parking building and whether we could park over night on the street. Good breakfast room and bed comfortable.

The shower leaks. We had to use two towels at the door to keep water out of entry and bath sink area. When the toilet flushed, at the end of its refilling cycle there is a loud thumping sound in the wall. Otherwise we were comfortable in the room for the five days we were there. Found location very convenient for all kinds of shopping.
