A modern, efficient airport hotel. Only criticism is that written instructions provided for locating shuttle bus terminus after exiting the airport building are very confusing and must be outdated. Simple instructions would be: “Follow signage for’Off-site Shuttle buses’ and wait at the terminus for arrival of a bus with JetPark markings”.

Nice place to stay pre and post flight from Auckland airport.. Free courtesy airport shuttle that runs every half hour.. Bedroom is tidy, clean and bed is very comfortable.. 2 bar/restaurants offering a variety of food and drink.. Staff friendly and helpful..

The hotel is quite close to the airport and has a complimentary shuttle. It only takes 10-15 minutes to get to either terminal. The rooms are quite nice. The staff is very helpful.

Showed up from an extremely late delayed flight from the U.S. Need a place to stay quick like as place suppose to be staying at in Taupō was over a three hour drive away. This place was a nice easy drive from airport car rental. Extremely nice staff got us checked in quick like. The rooms were really nice and clean. Beds were nice and comfy. Would recommend staying here if looking for a place while in Auckland (near the airport).

As an airport hotel this offers everything you could want with parking, shuttles, comfy beds and good proximity to the airport. Our only small difficulty was with patchy wifi, which became critical as our flight was cancelled and we were reliant on connectivity to rebook! But we managed to rebook in the end and only wished the new flight hadn’t been so darn early and we could have enjoyed the comfy bed for a few more hours.
