Nice modern facilities and the unit that we were in appears to have just been renovated. The bathroom was good with plenty of toiletries provided. Affordable and close to the city center.
It was an unexpected warm welcome to the room stay and check in was easy and hassle free. It’s a decent location if you are driving as it’s quite a walking distance from central.
View from the room was nice and amenities in the room was completely good enough for cooking your own meals.
Overall we had a pleasant stay at the hotel and recommended for family.
The hotel is situated close to the city. Restaurant meals were very good.
My only complaint is that the room was not serviced each day. I had to ask each day for it to be done. They will only change towels every second day. No bed made unless they were servicing your room.
This was not explained at check in. When on holiday at a hotel you should not have to make your own bed.
Our 2 bedroom apartment was very clean, spacious, and comfortable for our family of 4. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and just a short walk to the Parnell Street where we found plenty of shops and dining options.
Great room layout.
One more pot in the room would be great for those that book a place with a kitchen as they need to cook for family members with allergies, as they cannot eat out
Everything else absolutely perfect
Really happy with our stay. Spacious, clean and comfortable bedrooms, the mattress are nice and firm. The staff was really friendly. Plenty parking spots.

Liked its location and proximity to facilities. Thought the Room was quite dark lacking natural light. Also the carpet was shedding fibre and there was animal hair mixed in there too.
Unit was otherwise tidy and modern.
Nice and enjoyable stay, exactly as it should be. Helpful staff. Walkable distance to many restaurants in the area. A tasty breakfast and dinner options in the hotel’s restaurant as well.

The rooms are tired looking. We ordered room service and had to either pay extra for it to be bought to our room or go and get it ourselves?? On the second night, although it was a studio room, their was only a very small corner table and only one chair, so couldn't sit together and enjoy a coffee or food. Would not recommend
