Game weekend
We stayed here so that we could be close to the stadium and also congress street. The house was perfect for our stay. Very comfortable and clean.

Thank you, but…..
When I had a couple of questions, the manager was very responsive and helpful. However, for what I paid for this, I would expect more. The place needs a thorough cleaning. Even the linens were not all that clean.

Wonderful Stay in a Comfortable and Convenient Home
My stay at this property with my dad was fantastic. The home was very comfortable, location was incredibly convenient, making it easy to get everywhere we needed to go. The property matched the description accurately, and the management was friendly and attentive. Luke, one of the hosts, quickly came by and helped us get the barbecue going when we needed a hand. It was clear that they were committed to ensuring we had a great experience. We enjoyed the terrace, the record player, and having a Peloton bike for my dad to keep up with his training. The laundry facilities were also very convenient and helpful. Overall, this home had plenty of space and provided a wonderful experience. I would 100% recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay in Austin. It’s a beautiful home, and we had a fantastic time.

Great for weekend getaway
Great house to stay in for 2 couples on a weekend getaway to Austin. Host was very easy to communicate with when we had a few questions after check in. Beds and linens were very comfortable. Great location for getting to any area of Austin. Neighborhood felt safe. Would stay here again!

Nice house in a decent location but a semi sketchy neighborhood. Only minor complaint is all bedroom closets are locked and there were a total of 5 hangers in the house and nowhere to hang clothes. If you’re gonna have a complete drum set you could also include drumsticks! The room my daughter stayed in had someone’s fake eyelashes in the bed!

Modern Property near attractions
My family accompanied me on a business trip so we decided to stay at Melody. The property itself was clean, and modern but there were some maintenance issues you would not find in a hotel that could have HANDS DOWN made this a great experience. 1) Not all blinds worked in the living/dining area. Not a big deal, but from a privacy perspective was annoying not to be able to get one of the blinds to lower. 2) The garbage disposal did not work. Again, not a necessity, but made it hard for the water to drain and overall yucky. 3) There were significant cobwebs in the stairway area that took away from this being a 5 star experience. 4) I never heard back from the property management company about the garbage disposal. 5) The Peloton bike requires a subscription from Peloton to use. Why advertise it? 6) The Fan in the living room has a remote and the batteries did not work so we were unable to get the fan to increase in airflow and cooling. 7) I suggest curtains or better window coverings, as there is a ton of light (from nearby apartment complex) that flows through the master bedroom that made it hard to fall asleep. Other than that if these things don't bother you, then stay!

We enjoyed our stay at Melody. The property manager provided lots of helpful information before our arrival and was very responsive to any issues after our arrival. It was easy to gain access to the house with the keypad and instructions from the property manager. The house was well-stocked with all necessities (dishwasher pods, paper towels, hand soap, shampoo/conditioner, tp, laundry detergent, garbage bags, etc.). The kitchen was well-stocked with all types of cookware. The outdoor gas grill was huge and worked great. We were pleasantly surprised that Bedroom 2, which the listing states has a sofa bed, actually had a real bed. The living area was very spacious and perfect for our group of 5 to hang out together (be advised that the drum set is for decorative purposes only). The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and convenient to the airport, downtown, and other attractions. Just a few minor negatives: the sound on the record player was not working. The property manager offered to come by and try and fix it, but it was not a big deal so we did not have them come out. The electrical outlets in the upstairs bathrooms did not work; we made do using the outlets in the bedrooms along with our mirrors (could not locate the panel to check it). Lastly, the furniture in the main living room could use a refresh. Overall a great stay. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your property!

Very comfortable stay with seamless checkin. Loved the location and peoximity to all the places we needed to check off on our list. The place was clean with freshly laundered bed sheets. The stay was truly comfortable and AC kept up with the brutal Texas heat in middle of July!

The house was well appointed, especially the kitchen! Love the layout and it was very quiet, which was a big bonus. My only suggestions would be labeling the light switches, never did figure out the lights over the island, and bedside lamps in master would have been nice. We will definitely stay here again when in Austin.
