Nice room bad experience

Room was clean. Nice decor however the first morning went to have breakfast…. Nope not happening. A water pipe broke. They had plumbers when we left to go do our activities however when we came back in the evening still no water. They told me I should look for somewhere else. Umm you could have called me during the day not tell me at 8pm.

Great stay

It was great! I had lost my wallet at heb and the CSR was very nice about it and accepted my legal temporary Texas DPS license. It was freezing last night so it was a Godsend. Because extended stay would not accept a document that the state of Texas says is a legal document. So thank you guys at Microtel Austin.

Typical but done right.

About the best 2 star you can find. Where resorts nickel and dollar you, everything‘s included here. And these guys work hard to get the details right. Just don’t expect much from breakfast.
