When we arrived for our early check-in, someone's stuff was all over the house--the bathrooms, bedroom, and common areas. We immediately left and called the owner to see what was going on. They said it was a mixup and would be fixed in an hour, but when we went back, there was no change and we had to leave again. Four hours after our original check-in time and numerous phone calls later, the apartment had finally been vacated and cleaned. We had some issues sleeping that night because the air conditioning units are not strong enough and sometimes need to be reset. The maintenance team did come by with an extra unit the next day, though there was only one, so the other bedroom was still warm. Beyond those issues, the apartment was well stocked, and the location is fantastic. But the start put a real damper on things.
