Loved Sonder, stayed for two weeks while we visited family. Loved it, walking distance from everything so we got to do whatever easy. Avoid parking in the building and drive around the nearby neighbourhood for great parking. Highly recommend. Clean. Easy to be.

We enjoyed our stay at Sonder, the room was nice, but the bathroom could have been a little more clean. Overall, I would definitely recommend this property for a stay in Austin!

Weird property...just a floor in an apartment bldg. Very confusing when you come to the address and there's no indication where you are supposed to go. Door code didn't work (keypad is so worn you can't read half the buttons), had to wait until a resident came in or went out.

Shabby Not-so-chic

As reported by others - superficially clean (just look at the baseboards to see major dirt everywhere), getting a bit shabby (many large holes in the wall that might have been for an old curtain rod?), noisy overlooking bar with live music (bring high-quality earplugs), and the hallways reek of marijuana at all hours. Other than that, it was nice to have a real refrigerator and was walkable to where I needed to go.
