Absolutely loved staying here so much that my cousins and I decided to book another night! The only thing I would suggest mentioning on the website is that there are numerous steep stairs to get to the property. It would be very difficult for elderly or disabled. Other than that.. it was AMAZING!

We had a lovely stay at this villa. The views are magnificent. The furniture in the living room was clean and comfortable. The kitchen is clean but the dishwasher has seen better days. It would have been nice to have a sponge that didn’t have a hole in it and there wasn’t a replacement for us to use. Other than that, the place was wonderful!

Hamilton Cove is one of the best places to stay in Catalina! It truly felt like a vacation, away from the loud noises and busyness of Avalon. The use of the provided golf cart was incredibly convenient and appreciated. The check-in process and communication with Amber was seamless. Thank you!

Company Retreat Success
The Condo was AMAZING! we thoroughly enjoyed the view from the balcony. We loved waking up to the sunrise over the ocean. The rooms were clean and tidy. Everything we needed was available in both the kitchen and bathrooms. There is even a closet full of outside fun stuff. A full set of golf clubs, tennis rackets, croquet, sand toys, etc. Also, having the Golf Cart was worth every penny as well. We were able to drive all over Avalon and see everything we wanted to see. It really was a perfect trip.

it's all about the view...
A fun place with an epic view. A few stairs to get there but worth every step to get the view! We took our four grandkids who loved the pool and beach. Golf cart got us into town so we could easily enjoy everything.

Great choice
We celebrated my daughter’s 21st birthday myself and three of her closest friends. We had an amazing time. Everything was comfortable and cozy. I would definitely recommend this unit whenever I come back. The view with breathtaking our golf cart was closed in which I love because it kept the breeze away. If I needed anything whenever I called the owner or the property manager, they contacted me immediately that was a super plus overall I am grateful and definitely would stay here love love love.

The villa has the best ocean ever, great balcony, clean spacious interior, great living room and kitchen area. Private gated community and having the golf cart was a great bonus. I had a couple questions and had reply answers in no time. Would highly recommend this villa.

This home has a beautiful view and was very clean. It could use more lamps in the main area as we were visiting in February and it was dark early. Our one big complaint was the hot tub at the property was just slightly warm…it would have been nice at the end of the day to relax in a hot tub.

Can't beat Hamilton Cove
This is a nice property in Hamilton Cove. You get access to a 6 person golf cart. Two bedrooms are nice and the deck is big with two tables overlooking the Pacific plus 2 other chairs out there. Family room couches are great and the kitchen is pretty well stocked with whatever you need. Appliances are new.

Beautiful view (no exaggeration in VRBO add); beautiful community; very close to all the action in Avalon; master bedroom very comfortable with sounds of the waves and cool temperature; everything was clean; amenities more than expected. The golf cart that was provided was a lifesaver and was very economical and fun to get around in. Only several complaints: the 2nd bedroom was stuffy and hot and the floor fan in the room sounded like a freight train; evenings very warm with no AC in the unit; 2nd bedroom (which I was in) had very little room to maneuver in and lack of shelving for clothes; lamp in 2nd BR was very glitchy and wouldn't stay lit; microwave didn't work at the end of our stay (too late to call property contact); were swarmed by bees (told it was "that time of year"). We had a great time. The Jazz festival was terrific, and I'm really not trying to discourage anyone from renting this place, but at the very least install some AC units in the 2nd BR and living area.

Steps Above The Rest
65 to be exact. However, after you ascend those stairs you enter a wonderful 2-bed, 2 ensuite bath, fully-equpped apartment with all the amenities and an incredible eastern view. That view is available from the living room and front bedroom, but is best appreciated from the terrace which has two bistro table sets, a full-size gas Weber grille and the best views in Avalon. Hampton Cove is a fully featured resort with its own beach and piers, swimming pool, exercise facility, and tennis courts. It is a short drive from Avalon proper by complimentary golf cart. Avalon has many great restaurants, and a Von's supermarket, so we dined out twice, cooked in once, and enjoyed our morning coffee on the deck. This is the American equivalent of an Italian coastal village, and it is wonderful. Highly recommended.

Breathtaking views
I’m so glad we were able to stay here again. We loved it so much last year, we booked our stay for this year before we had even checked out. The condo is comfy and had everything we needed. The views are spectacular! We loved eating all our dinners on the balcony. The host, Amber, was very kind in her effort to keep our vacation a great experience despite a hurricane delaying our arrival. Great host, great condo, great location! Highly recommend!

Perfect Island Getaway!

Incredible views
Absolutely beautiful location. Best spot on the island if you ask me. Ideal for families or romantic stay if you prefer not being in the center of town. This property was tastefully appointed with classic seashore decor and stocked with everything you could possibly desire; complete kitchen, board games, ample beach towels, comfortable furniture, and a golf cart for transportation. The manager for our stay was professional, friendly, and quick to respond when we had questions. Absolutely loved it and will definitely return.

Wonderful last minute getaway
The place is just as advertised. It is well stocked and well maintained and very clean. Beds are very comfortable and it has a large very comfy couch as well. The views are incredible. We saw dolphins daily from the balcony. When we arrived the golf cart had a flat but Amber was quick to respond and had it fixed within 2 hours on a Monday after 5pm which is no small feat. The kids loved it and we would definately return

Wonderful Place With a Few Caveats.
The Good: Amazing views, well appointed, cutely decorated, awesome electric 6 person golf cart. The Bad: 1)The stairs. There are 70 stairs up several steep staircases to get to your property. Not a problem for me and my girlfriend but definitely wish we would have know this prior to bringing her 78 year old mother. 2) Place was advertised as having a sauna which was one of the primary reasons we chose this property(talked with the maintenance manager who said it’s been out for a year and there is no one on the island to fix it). 3) No AIr Conditioning 4) Dock is not working. The Ugly: Hamilton Cove DOES NOT ALLOW ANY VISITORS OTHER THAN REGISTERED GUESTS. My friend and his brother very nicely sailed his boat over to meet us and take us out. As a thank you I wanted to have them over and make them dinner. Tried contacting the host to add them as visitors and I was told it was not possible. I didn’t think it would be a problem as they weren’t staying overnight and the property says it holds 6 guests which we wouldn’t be exceeding. Was told the Homeowners Association is super strict. Just wanted to share a meal with my friends. I wish they could be more flexible. In Summary: It’s a wonderful place to stay as long as the steps don’t scare you(not a big deal for me or my girlfriend), don’t need A/C, or don’t want to sauna or have guests that you didn’t register visit.
