This cabin is extremely impressive. The thermal characteristics were so good we were disappointed we couldn't crank the indoor fireplace as much as we would have liked :)
I didn't realise when we booked that this cabin is semi-attached to another cabin via a communal mud room. Lucky for us this cabin was not occupied at the time, if it was we would have been a bit hesitant bringing our dogs with us. Unfortunately our Jack Russells were small enough to find a couple small escape holes under the gate but as long as we were there with them they did not venture far.
The property has a fantastic farm feel, we took countless photos of the geese, ducks, highland cows, sheep and lamas. Close enough to town (15 minutes) but far enough away to really experience the Jindabyne country feel.
Thanks for a great stay.
