Tolle Lage, tolle Ausstattung, toller Host
Wir waren für 3 Nächte im Altstadtloft Bad Tölz. Die Einrichtung ist neuwertig und sehr sauber. Leider war die Terrasse nicht nutzbar, obwohl es im Inserat stand. Auch die (offen gestanden etwas verwirrende) Eingangssituation war leider nicht ganz richtig beschrieben. Der Host Michael hat sich nach einer kurzen SMS unsererseits direkt mit der Agentur in Verbindung gesetzt und kam uns finanziell entgegen. Die Kommunikation war schnell und sehr angenehm. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen!
