I have to be honest the accommodations and the process left a bad taste in my mouth as the issues did not only stop where my name was under a different room. Also, we did not have access to the pool, it is only for Residence also, we did not have access to the gym because of the same reason. Regarding the apartment, it was not as clean as described. There was in the bathroom and in the kitchen, some of the dishes were dirty and put in the cabinets. there was expired and opened food in the cabinets and lastly the air-conditioning was not sufficient enough as it was very hot in the apartment, all in all I don't believe it is worth what I paid for.
However, one big big issue was when I started communicating via email asking them since you can’t speak to them via phone, to please fix the issues after two emails I was ignored and I had to take advantage of whoever texted to make sure my accommodation was expected and that's how I communicated. That was unacceptable as I am the customer and paid for in full I would expect a response.
