The pool is advertised as heated, the hot tub should be hot. The pool room is not heated. When asked by myself and 3 other guests about it they said theyd send maintenence, nobody showed, problem remained unresolved. All of us 3 guests included had kid(s) with us.

We enjoyed our stay in the nice King suite. It was very enjoyable being able to have a sitting area separate from the bed. Will definitely be coming back at another time when in the area.

Our flight was cancelled because of the weather need somewhere to stay overnight. Called to make sure transportation was running whom I spoke too was very nice and pleasant, I ended up calling her 3 more times to figure out where pick up was since I have never been to arrivals at BWI. Check in was great, room was great.

Awesome, was able to get in last minute after a cancelled flight. The shuttle was very helpful though a bit confusing to figure out where to find at the airport. Wish there was fruit at breakfast!
