Horrible experience with the manager, Larry. Manager is quick to respond to messages when booking the room. Once confirmed, you will no longer be able to reach the manager. Room was booked for 2 adults 2 kids, under my husband’s name. My husband became sick and was unable to travel. Manager charged 149 to change reservation from my husbands name to mine, WOULD NOT budge or understand that life and illness happens. Tried reaching out to manager but would only hear from customer service team. Customer service blamed it on hotel rules. Hotel blames it on owner’s of room rules. Spoke with hotel manager, he said the owner should NOT be selling off the room and 149 name change charge is 100% because of the owner!! Our last stay with this owner was summer 2024 for dance competition, refrigerator in room did not work. We were understanding that life happens and packed our food in coolers for well over 12 hours while maintenance worked on fridge then eventually replacing the fridge after determining the back as so dirty it was never maintained properly. Never created an issue over the inconvenience of the situation. Even after that situation last summer, we decided to stay there again, same owner, for gymnastics competition. Now when life happens on our side, owner/customer service is rigid and not understanding. Will NOT be back. We are so frustrated by the lack of good customer service. Beware booking with Larry and his team so you do not get caught in our same situation!!!!!
