Come and enjoy a few days of disconnection in BELLA, this house located in Cabrils, between the sea and mountains, with spectacular views.
Do not hesitate to come and discover the Maresme region and its people!
   BELLA HOUSE AND ITS SPACE   The house is distributed on two floors.
 
   UPPER FLOOR    
It is the access to the house. We find three bedrooms with a big terrace, two bathrooms, and a garage.
 
ROOM 1: double bed and two single beds. 
This room has a small private bathroom with a shower.
 
Room 1 can be ideal for families travelling with little ones. It is very spacious and allows guests to have different options of placing the two single beds.
In the house, there are also safety nets in high places without railings. It is very important to understand that networks are not there to lie down.
 
ROOM 2: double bed with a big desk. 
ROOM 3: two single beds
These two rooms (2,3) share a bathroom with a bathtub.
 
A beautiful view of the sea can be enjoyed from the living room, the terrace and several rooms.
 
   GROUND FLOOR   
Going down the stairs, to the right we find the last bedroom.
ROOM 4: double bed and a private bathroom with shower.
 
This floor is at garden level, at left we find a spacious living-dining room. Through its large windows and glass doors, the exterior light illuminates the entire room.
Crossing the room we have a comfortable kitchen with a dining area and a laundry space! 
 
In front of this charming living-dining room, we have the porch with a table to enjoy a pleasant breakfast, lunch, or dinner. 
This area is ideal to be cool in summer. The porch is connected to the large garden.
 
   PRIVATE POOL   It is approximately 4x8m, ideal for swimming or simply cooling off.
There is also a barbecue next to a beautiful pergola with another table and chairs.
Then an area with sun loungers and behind the pool, hidden in the shadow of the trees, a chill-out space with a hammock

This pleasant house is located on a plot of 800 m2, located in a quiet and luxurious urbanization a few minutes by car from the centre of the town of Cabrils (1km away).Easy access to the beaches of Cabrera de Mar or Vilassar de Mar (12 minutes by car) 
It is necessary to go by car since urbanization is in the upper part of Cabrils.   CABRILS   
It is a small charming town recognized for its good restaurants, its gastronomic fair and its music fair. Cabrils is located on the NORTH COAST OF BARCELONA in the MARESME region.

- TRAIN: The nearest train station is Vilassar de MarThe route to Plaça Catalunya lasts between 25 and 35 minutes.Trains every 10 minutes.
   BARCELONA   The city is about 30-40 minutes by car.

   HOUSE RULES   
- It is not rented to groups under 25 years.
- The Rental Agreement of the property for Tourist Season will be accepted when booking and will be signed prior to the delivery of the keys.
- Acceptance of the deposit. This will be done upon arrival by pre-authorization with a credit card.
 - All the people on the reservation must identify themselves by showing their identity documents. They will be asked before and during the welcome.
 - During their stay, minors must always be supervised by an adult, they are the sole responsibility of their parents/guardians.
- Garbage must also be removed from the accommodation periodically to avoid odours and dirt.
- Among all, we have to respect and preserve the resources we have, please, avoid waste and negligent use of resources.
The waste, abusive consumption or negligent use of electricity, water and gas. It is not included and can be deducted from the deposit.

- Host or invite more people than those registered in the reservation form.
 - Perform noisy activities (music, loud conversations...) from 9:00 p.m. and before 09:00 a.m. It is very important to respect the rest of our neighbors.
 - Organize events, parties, bachelor parties, as well as any inappropriate behavior.
 - Use bath towels for the beach or pool. The return of these in poor condition will incur an additional cost.
- Guests are not allowed to smoke inside the house; if they wish, they can smoke in the exterior spaces of the property. In this case, use ashtrays and respect the garden areas, terraces, and/or balconies.
- Groups of students are not allowed.
- No pets allowed.- It is not allowed to charge electric cars using the house power, unless specified otherwise

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage
Wir waren mit dem Haus sehr zufrieden. Der nahegelegene Strand war sehr sauber und wunderschön. Die Vermieterinnen waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Sie haben uns gute Tipps für die Erkundung der Umgebung gegeben und bei jedem Problem sofort geholfen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder in diesem Haus Urlaub machen. Vielen Dank für alles. 😘

Very clean and equipped property with an extremely helpful owner, Helena gave us a huge lift of information via WhatsApp including taxi apps to use and also a list of restaurants she recommends, we went to two of these and both were very good. Overall very positive experience.
