The apartment does not have gas so hot water is produced by a small boiler located in the bathroom. A comfortable double sofa bed can accommodate one adult or two children, TV at guest’s disposal. Double bedroom with wardrobe, bedroom with bunk bed, bathroom with shower and hairdryer.
The living area overlooks a shaded garden with partial lake view, fenced and equipped with table, chairs and gas barbecue for outdoor dining. The swimming pool in the apartment complex has been recently renovated and is located in an enviable position with a wonderful lake view (guaranteed opening period 15/05-30/09). Large communal green area with swing and volleyball court. Green area used as a solarium and relaxation area. Pets allowed on request. Parking space inside the complex.
