It comprises an attractive 85 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, five bedrooms, three bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 2,000 m². We're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises

Ground floor:
- 85 m² living room with double sofa bed, TV, fireplace (wood not provided) and pool table
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, coffee machine and Nespresso coffee machine...
- A master bedroom: queen-size bed (160×200), with en-suite shower room with walk-in shower, WC
- A separate WC

First floor:
- Bedroom 2: one double bed (140×190), one single bed
- Bedroom 3: double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 4: 2 bunk beds (sleeps 4)
- Bedroom 5: double bed (140x190)
- Bathroom with bath and WC
- A second bathroom with bath and WC
- A laundry room
- A relaxation area

Table football and billiards are also available.

Outside area :
- A (private, unheated) 8x6m swimming pool, open from May to September (pool opening dates are non-contractual).
- A beautiful 2,000 m² garden, not enclosed, with deckchairs, garden furniture and a children's play area.
- A 100m² terrace with furniture to make the most of the fine weather

The house is ideally located in Barjac, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market, etc.

- Bed linen and towels are provided on request, at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our local partner).
- The fireplace is functional and wood is provided.

- The opening dates of the swimming pool are non-contractual
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
